On the evening of July 19th, we'll meet for an invigorating trail run right in the city on the Douglas Fir trail! Be prepared for hills, stair climbing, and a whole lot of fun. We'll start the run off with an informative talk on cross-training and injury prevention specific to trail running, before heading out on the trail. Hope to see you there!
